L.T. Marine Products Return Policy
- To begin a return please contact us via email at LTmarineproducts@gmail.com with your order number or invoice number within 30 days of date of purchase.
- Items must be in original packaging, in brand new, unused condition, and accompanied with a receipt, or invoice from our online store. We will not accept returned items that show wear, use, mishandling, or damage.
- Returns will only be honored to the original purchaser for items purchased on our online website from L.T. Marine directly, items purchased from our retailers will not be honored by us, you must contact the dealer your purchased from directly.
- Restocking Fee: We will charge a $20 restocking fee to cover our inspection, handling and restocking costs.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. L.T. Marine products will not be held responsible for lost, or damaged items returned to us for a refund. It is advisable to purchase insurance on the value of the item and to package it in a manure to prevent damage when shipping and item back to us.
- Once a we receive a returned item we will inspect it, if approved, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus the $20 restocking fee.
