L.T. Marine Un-rigged Stainless Steel Harpoon Dart

Our 316 stainless steel harpoon darts come machined to accept 3/8" diameter Non-tapered harpoon pikes (dart shafts). These harpoon darts are more streamlined  than the traditional bronze tuna darts. They require less effort to penetrate due to the smaller profile at the point, but they hold and button hole perfectly due to the larger rear flute. These darts hold a sharper edge and are stronger than cast bronze.

These darts are machined to fit perfectly with the L.T. Marine harpoon dart shafts using the dart retention system on all our harpoon models. These darts will slip on and off the dart shaft with out much resistance.

• Smaller profile on entry to help the dart penetrate more with a larger tail to prevent the dart form pulling out.
• These darts require less effort to effectively harpoon a fish unlike other bulbous designs that frequently fail to penetrate.
• Cross drilled hole to accept up to 5/16" diameter rigging rope or cable.
